Female bloodsport porn now starring a steroided tranny

If you'd only vaguely heard of Ronda Rousey before last weekend, you've certainly been seeing blanket coverage of her loss to Holly Holm.

I won't link to nerd porn here, but do an image search for both their names and "Nov 15", and look at how obviously roided up Holm is in the fight. She is too big and too shredded for a 34 year-old white girl. Especially in the upper body, neck, skull, and hairline. Rousey and the previous women she's fought look instead like tomboys who hang out at the gym (notably softer looking than male fighters), not women using steroids and male hormones to transition to men.

So, what amounts to a man just beat the snot out of a girl, and is getting worldwide acclaim for it.

MMA junkies say that Rousey is obnoxious and gets way more press than she deserves. So in a sense she had a humbling coming sooner or later. But that just turns the fight into one of those wurlstah videos where some ghetto ape puts his fist through the face of a mouthy aggressive ho. And here it's given a freakish tranny twist to appeal even more powerfully to the fetishists watching two women in skimpy clothing grapple with each other.

Recall an earlier post about guys who get off on girl-on-girl porn being what I call "latent transgender" -- they aren't openly presenting as female, but they fantasize sexually about being a woman, namely one or more of the women in the porn they watch or who they visualize in their mind.

The same phenomenon is obviously at work in guys who are on the edge of their seats for a women's MMA fight. Guys watching a fight are projecting themselves into one or the other of the fighters, and resonating emotionally with what the fighters are going through. If both fighters are women, they are resonating with being a female fighter. And given the viewer's clearly sexual interest in the women, they are in fact indulging in a latent transgender fantasy while watching the fight.

Unlike run-of-the-mill girl-on-girl porn, however, women's MMA is violently antagonistic, so the viewer is being stimulated further by the thought of getting bloody revenge against a woman, who represents the many that have rejected him. They would feel too dirty watching an outright man beat up a woman, though, so they seek plausible deniability about just wanting to watch a woman beat up a woman -- that certainly wouldn't belie their revenge fantasies against the vapid bitches who ignore them.

With the entry of juiced-up Holly Holm, we are seeing a shift toward a more overt man vs. woman bloodsport. We just might get to that point, given how degenerate our society is getting, and how bloodsports flourish during a period of societal instability (like gladiator spectacles during the decline of the Roman Empire). At least the Roman decadents had the decency not to involve women.

The whole thing is so odd when you consider how little attention guys show in just about all female sports. Basketball, soccer, softball, field hockey, golf, volleyball -- zero interest. It's strange that the fetishists avoid watching women's soccer or volleyball, where the girls aren't too bad looking and where their uniforms show off their lower bodies. But there's no way to construe what you're watching there as a sexual interaction, which requires close physical contact between two individuals (or maybe three, but not an entire team, let alone two teams, and golf is solitary).

Combat sports are the only ones that meet the most basic cognitive template of a sexual interaction. (That's true for man vs. man, too -- wrestlers are far more likely to be teased for homo behavior than are football or basketball players.) Therefore, they're the only women's sports that latent transgender viewers will tune into. The fact that they also indulge the violent revenge fantasies of rejected fetishists only adds to their emotional appeal.

  1. I'd never heard of either of these people, vaguely or otherwise. Who the hell follows female MMA?

  2. I completely agree with your psychological assessments here.

Furthermore I would point out an essay by AnonCon who argued that Rousey was a K-Type woman, based upon statements she's made in interviews. A tomboy, certainly, but one who is dedicated and disciplined and, ultimately, quite feminine.

That is far different from the roiding, cheating, quasi-tranny, as you describe her; that sounds like r-type behaviour.

I'd heard about Rousey when she was mentioned in an item at Blind Gossip about being in one of the Expendables sequels, and that the guys on set trying to hook up with her would pick up genital herpes. Yikes -- that's the kind of thing that sticks in your memory.

  4. Wow, you just explained why I have zero interest in MMA, male or female - it's because I did so well with girls in my '20s. Huh. Incidentally, I find I'm banned from commenting at LOTB. I must have said something mildly critical of Jews.

  5. Posted this in the other thread on gladitorial contests, but works here too:

Another reason for the rise of MMA is that it showcases a lot of white athletes winning extremely violent competition.

It's no secret that black dominance in boxing led to its decline: Rocky (1976) turned on Apollo Creed needing a legitimate white opponent to draw a bigger crowd; later, the comedy The Great White Hype (1996) made this search for the great white champion (who ultimately is a tomato can) the central joke of the film. And both these movies took from real life: Rocky was inspired by Chuck Wepner (who was one of Ali's white opponents who went alegit 15 rounds with Ali); the Great White Hype was an ode to the hilarious "Hurricane" Peter McNeely's whose hyped match with Mike Tyson ended after only 2 minutes of McNeely getting knocked down.

The NBA's popularity, too, has fallen off since the 1980s heyday, when the Celtics could field a floor of 5 legit white players. Black dominance has dropped it down. And the NFL is constantly trying to deal with the fact that 70% of its players are violent preening black---mostly by trying to protect the (white) quarterback superstar position. MLB has dropped its percentage of American blacks--replaced by Latino blacks and non-black Latinos, who are are much more media-friendly, laid back, and non-threatening, and it hasn't been hurt by it.

MMA also served a long time problem of what to do with those excellent wrestlers America had turned out for generations. Since pro wrestling went openly as fake, College and Olympic wrestlers had no professional league in which to show off their skills. And almost all wrestlers were white (it's huge in the midwest and western states). MMA was a competition their skills could excel in.

What is more, blacks do quite poorly in fair fights where grappling is involved. As a former h.s. wrestler, if anyone on the team had a black opponent, the coach (who won several league titles) would always counsel us the same way: "He's going to go crazy for the first minute, but after that he'll be gassed and done. Just hold him off for the first minute and pin him in the next 5". (our matches were three rounds, all 2-minutes each). Sure enough, it was true: I never had a black opponent give me trouble after the first minute, though the first minute they would preen and hot dog and try some crowd-pleasing moves.

MMA's early matches--at least the ones won by Americans---were dominated by wrestlers. White wrestlers. It didn't take a genius to see that you could have a violent sport dominated by white guys here---thus removing the black problem that infected other sports. And those non-Americans who won tended to be either white or at least non-black---Brazilian Portuguese are not black, and would break your arm for saying so.

Of course, MMA had to also appeal to the quick-hit-violence that is popular for TV, and so instituted the round system + more frequent standups by refs----thus increasing the percentage of striking in a match, and therefore increasing the percentage of black participants, who do well at standup fighting. But the percentage is still low enough now to draw big white attention and give non-black athletes lots of attention.

  6. Heavyweight boxing seems to be dominated by slavs and central asians (some overlap there). MMA has a pretty good mix of competitors of various races. The best pound-for-pound fighter right now is probably Chris Weidman, a white American wrestler.

  7. What evidence is there that Holm was roiding? She's just plain better than RR.

  8. "What evidence is there that Holm was roiding? She's just plain better than RR."

agnostic is 100% correct here. No normal woman has striations in her back muscle; hell I'd argue no normal man has that too. Her jaw has become more square too.

The kicker for me is this picture of her in a weigh-in. Her clit is clearly enlarged, which happens to women who take anabolic steroids.

And if you're turned on by a two-inch clit that you want to suck on, you may be gay.

  9. Roided or not Holly Holm is more experienced than Rousey. She's a kickboxer and has more championship titles, and in the fight against Rousey she clearly dominated her. Holm has always been muscled and until proper evidence comes up, I'm not going to say she was on steroids. You can argue that Rousey was on steroids as well. Cris 'Cyborg' Santos looks the same as Holm and she was, in fact, busted for drugs but was eventually cleared after a temporary ban.

Second, the people who say Holm is r-type are grade A bullshitting; in her interviews she is a well-mannered, intelligent woman, aware of her abilities and limitations. Most of the tomboys in women's MMA are at best lemmings that don't know what they're doing. Women who know how to fight are often in other competitions. Ever see women fight in Muay Thai? I guess not.
