Basically A2 is closer to what comes out of the cow. Most milk intolerances are due to the stuff added later.
If you are not lucky enough to live in Australia then perhaps they sell A2 oversees.

I am bulking up at the moment and can't cut out carbs. So that's a damn.

Also, agnostic you should look into all the additives, preservatives and hormones floating around in processed foods, and even things like grain fed animals. From the ancillary evidence I've come across they are not doing us good.

Finally, you should all be aware of the estrogenic effects of soy in our food and just how widespread it is. Soy will chemically neuter you if you are a guy. Avoid it like the plague. I was in a sports nutrition store and some of the protein powders even contained soy. Talk about shooting yourself in the foot.

- BreezeAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19346366.post-88839817841414427592009-04-22T22:04:00.000-04:002009-04-22T22:04:00.000-04:00Getting more fun out of getting into less trouble ...Getting more fun out of getting into less trouble -- another reason to make your kids live at home when they're in college.

--------

Getting your boys into college before they are old enough to leave home is a great way to achieve this. Also, a young man who has graduated college by 19 or 20 and has a real job, yet is technically still young enough to date high school girls can call the world his oyster.

---------

The high carb, no exercise plan that so many people live certainly does not contribute to vitality or attractiveness. Low protein, low nutrient content results when better foods are displaced by the refined junk food items mentioned.

The most depressing refined sugar laden product out there is infant formula. 1st ingredient: corn syrup solids. It also lacks the probiotics and lactase of breast milk. It also lacks the good fats. But, hey it sure is a money maker! Just goes to show you are never too young to start bad habits.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19346366.post-916029041819078422009-04-22T19:40:00.000-04:002009-04-22T19:40:00.000-04:00Good to see more and more people learning about th...Good to see more and more people learning about the truth when it comes to dietary fat and the proliferation of the propaganda that giant agricultural corporations and processed food manufacturer's have inundated society with the complicity of the FDA.

One note on your "milk" allergy...

The real problem with milk is two fold: the way cows are raised and fed (cows were designed to eat grass..not grains in a feed lot), and the processing that milk goes through.

Milk is full of probiotic bacteria in it's raw State, probiotics that help the digestive system process the milk proteins and sugars, as well as to help metabolize all the vitamins and nutrients that are stored in the milk fat - but it's near impossible to find Raw Milk approved by the FDA. Everything is pasteurized and/or homogenized. Even "Organic" milk is pasteurized by FDA mandate.

This was instituted in the early 1920's because of non-sterile conditions resulted in food born bacteria in raw milk caused people to get sick. Pasteurization killed ALL bacteria in the milk (both pro-biotics and the bad germs).

Without those pro-biotics, milk proteins are much harder to digest.

Try and find raw or cultured cheeses - while most cheeses are made from pasteurized milk, not all are. (I especially like "Tillamook" cheddar).

Just google up "raw milk benefits" or something similar to learn more about this.Dave From Hawaiinoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19346366.post-50750536900866645552009-04-22T19:07:00.000-04:002009-04-22T19:07:00.000-04:00Good point about milk in school lunches. Pure crushed oats... Or pure crushed rye.

P.s.: Had four eggs fried in butter, with cheese and spices, two tomatoes and a handful of onions for dinner last night, have been running around like a maniac today, getting good movement in my pants just from watching the 20-22 year old lady crowd; just for the ones thinking "dude, fat will make you go limp"z.g.noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19346366.post-16378491164810591662009-04-22T09:23:00.000-04:002009-04-22T09:23:00.000-04:00Ramen is another college-student staple, and it's ...Ramen is another college-student staple, and it's fairly high in calories (~400 per package).
