If I pig out on pizza (or some other intense carbs) late at night, I find the next morning when I wake up that I'm bloated, have slight headaches, feel like I have a light hangover, etc. It's almost just like a hangover.

Also, one of the hangover remedies people always recommend is orange juice or some other sugary fruit juice. Most people say that it cures the hangover by replacing the vitamins/minerals lost that they say is the culprit for the hangover. But I wonder if the real reason these juices might work is because they just shoot glucose back into your brain to make you feel better.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19346366.post-6235904099682963342009-12-11T16:20:02.412-05:002009-12-11T16:20:02.412-05:00Here's an interesting post that draws upon on ...Here's an interesting post that draws upon on Weston Price for nutrition and dental health: Reversing Tooth Decay.

Like you point out, carbs are the culprit. In addition to the sugars, the phytic acid in grains seems to prevent the absorption of minerals which are crucial to maintaining and building up teeth.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19346366.post-55605527185220679572009-12-09T16:26:03.301-05:002009-12-09T16:26:03.301-05:00Cure Tooth Decay.Cure Tooth Decay.Moggyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17035653140290389242noreply@blogger.com
